  • Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

3. Partial Refunds

In some situations, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, vinyl records, or tapes
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

5. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

6. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
  • To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at shop@vextoo.com.

7. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value.
  • If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original gift giver.

8. Returning Your Items

  • To return an item, please get in touch with shop@vextoo.com for instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to a Vextoo error. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

9. Replacement Shipping

  • If exchanging an item, the new product will be shipped within 14 days after receiving the original item.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
